Over a period of seven years BSG International has successfully developed a proven program called BaseWork Systems 2000©, Building Business Infrastructures. This product was developed out of a company need, on site and under actual working conditions. It represents research and development in excess of 20,000 hours, with proven results.
BaseWork Systems 2000© will be the standard and foundation of all future training programs. The company has developed a full line training program that did not exist previously. All of this is made possible by the BaseWork Center© concept. This concept will be formalized in bi-monthly agendas over a 24 month period, including every job, process, step, procedure and department that can be managed, monitored and held accountable.

BSG Coordinator On-site Program
A BSG International Coordinator is onsite of the client once a month. Training the organization’s training leadership, which is made up of all management and 18% of the employee base.
BSG Coordinator Off-site Program
The organization sends a selected Coordinator in Training to receive training. The time is spent on training agendas and questions and answers regarding the day’s agendas and discussion of the last months results.
Satellite Network Program
A BaseOne satellite network provides your organization with its own satellite downlink. An unlimited number of employees can participate live. Each site is able to interact through call-ins, as if they were part of one big classroom.
The above programs run from $300 to $3000 depending on your needs
BSG International feels that through on-site and off-site training programs (using the channel of distribution via satellite, phone and video conferencing) it will lead the training industry. BSG International will capture the market while the competitors will try to restructure their business to compete. Not only does the BSG International feel that it has the product of the future, but also its pricing and vision of its products will change the paradigm of the training industry. Our goal is to make training affordable and focused on the end result. Our target market is service, distribution or manufacturing companies with 500 employees or less; a market that has been previously neglected due to the cost of existing training programs. Even though out target market is 500 employees or less we can, and have effectively serviced companies with a larger employee base. |
